     Your property is confidential information and a signature is required.
     We will send documents to you through email, fax or your home address.

Q.  What type of marketing do you use to sale my property?
A.    We use Direct Marketing, such as;
                   Tele-Marketing
                   Postcards
                   Newspaper Ads
                   FREE Internet Ad

Q.  How long will it take to sale my property? I want a guarantee that it will sell before I list it.
A.    To guarantee a real estate sale is not only unethical but illegal.   A sale is                                
        based on the "supply and demand" of your property.  However, we                                         
        promote your property all year  & until it is sold.

Q.    Can we have a verbal agreement, I prefer not to make a written commitment to one               
        company.
A.     No, a written commitment must be signed and kept on file.
      Platinum Vacation Properties, LLC provides  the agreement to the Real Estate lawyer along   
       with other required documents.

Q.    Can I sign for my spouse on my listing agreement?
A.     If your spouse is unable to sign you must provide evidence of this in                                        
         writing along with the agreement. Your spouse must be aware  that the                                  
         property is up for sale.

Q.     Can I list international properties with your company?
A.      Yes, vacation properties in all parts of the world can be listed with us.                                  
Q.     How do I rent my property through your company?
A.      CONTACT US and we will send you a RENTAL form to sign and return.

Q.     Do you charge a listing fee?  Do I have to pay any money upfront?
A.      Many companies are charging upfront fees. Most of them are  selling
       you advertising even though you think you are listing with a real estate                                    
        company. Platinum Vacation Properties works for you, we make our

Q.      Can I space-bank my timeshare property while it is listed?
A.       The buyer will generally use the property at the home  resort for the
        first year, but not necessarily, they may use it for exchange purposes.                                     
         Space-banking protects it for future use, for yourself, or the new owner.                        

Q.      Who handles the closing on the property?  
        What about the closing cost.
A.       We use Real Estate attorney's, the closing cost is set by
        each  individual Law Office.

                           
                           Most title companies are owned by lawyers.

                          The closing cost is divided between the Buyer & Seller.  
                          The sellers  portion  is  taken out of the purchase price.
                          So you have no money upfront.

                       As a professional company,we abide by the laws of the State.

                        After the closing on your property you will receive CASH                                         
                         (cashiers check) from the law office or title company.
